Proofing

  • Initial design consultation with the customer.

  • Develop detailed designs and drawings.

  • Create molds based on approved designs.

  • Produce prototypes using the molds.

  • Send prototypes to the customer for approval.

  • Make necessary adjustments and proceed to final production.

Production and Delivery

The general production cycle is about 30 days, depending on the production capacity and production difficulty of the production line.
